The company states their goal is to treat your family like their own. They do a fabulous job of accomplishing that goal. Pear Tree is responsive, transparent and only sent skilled, compassionate caregivers. They provided the support my mother needed to stay in her apartment. My entire family is grateful for the care and I highly recommend them.
It is not easy to admit that help is needed to care for a loved one and allow someone you don't know into your home. You hope for someone trustworthy, skilled, and a good fit for both the patient and family. We were blessed to find Pear Tree and our in-home care worker, Nicole. She has proven to be caring, compassionate, and committed to the welfare of her patients. She communicates well with family members and always keeps us informed by relaying notes of her visits with my mom who has an Alzheimers diagnosis. In short, Nicole is a Gem! She provides a wide variety of activities and services to keep mom as engaged as possible. Plus Nicole is a great support system for my dad. I could go on and on but my dad's words say it all..."She is like part of the family." That is high praise! Without hesitation I wholeheartedly recommend Pear Tree for anyone looking for in-home care. They are nothing short of wonderful. Earth Angels to be sure.
Pear Tree Home Care is wonderful. The owners are very involved in making sure the needs of the clients and their families are met. The first relationship my in-laws had with them was over Christmas a few years ago. The owner's son stayed with Mom on very short notice for a few days. He was very compassionate, caring, and kept us informed as to how she did those nights.This last year one of their caregivers, Nicole, has been staying with Mom a couple days a week. She is so caring, compassionate, and helpful with her needs. She is extremely positive and patient working to keep Mom engaged in activities. Mom has memory issues. After her visit, she writes down the things she does with Mom and we have been able to see these notes. If she feels like Mom is getting weak or has any issues, she is really good about letting Dad know. She is willing to help get her up and dressed when needed. We are blessed to have her help.
We first found out about Pear Tree Home Care in 2018 from someone who was using them at that time. We needed care for my wife who at that time had shingles and was in St. Clare Hospital and needed 24 hour care. We used them for all night care, and were very impressed.We now use them for home care as my wife now has Alzheimer's and we are extremely pleased with them. They are always ready to help with any of our needs. We are very thankful to have them.
Pear Tree and our Mother's care giver Nicole have been a blessing from God. She and the agency have become a valuable and trusted part of our family. Nicole and Pear Tree have consistently been there when needed. Nicole is always full of wonderful new ideas to make our Mom & Dad's life easier and enjoyable. Our entire family loves Nicole and Pear Tree with all our 💕 hearts.
